Chow Now is a nutrition-focused caterer at the intersection of culinary craft and nutritional science. We offer experiences for all occasions ranging from private dining to brand events, for those who believe wellness is a lifestyle and want the food on their table to reflect that.

As a nutrition-focused company, we value the quality of our foods but also pride ourselves in delivery of these foods in bespoke floral set designs.

  • WHERE IT ALL BEGAN

Every great idea starts with a problem worth solving. Ours started with a friend.

In the summer of 2025 Alex’s friend, a nutritionist, was preparing for her very first wellness event. She wanted to do something that would genuinely support her attendees' recovery after a weightlifting session. As a nutritionist she wanted something that reflected how much she cared about the whole experience, not just the session itself. She reached out to us with a simple ask: could we put together a proper post-workout meal?

It sounds straightforward. But when she went looking for a company who could deliver real, recovery-focused food for an independent event, she came up empty.

We said yes. We cooked. And since then, it's been history.

  • MEET THE FOUNDERS

With a combined six years of chef experience and a decade in hospitality, Mac and Alex wanted to bring their science expertise, heritage and culinary creativity to the wellness scene.

Alexandra studied a Masters in Medical Biochemistry and Mac holds a degree in Biomedical Sciences. They came into the kitchen already fluent in how the body functions and recovers. Their heritage is woven into everything they make. Mac is Nigerian-British, bringing a food culture rooted in bold, nourishing, ingredient-led cooking. Alexandra is of Ugandan and Filipino-British heritage — two cuisines built on natural, functional ingredients.
